Bruce Stern, Esq. is Vice President of Business Development for MCRES, where he is responsible for negotiating and managing new business initiatives. A former Congressional staffer, Mr. Stern served as General Counsel for a large private college and spent years in private practice as a real estate attorney before joining Madison. Mr. Stern holds a Bachelor's degree from Swarthmore College and a Juris Doctor degree from the University Of Washington School Of Law.
